We are running a high chance of exceeding our bandwidth allocation this month so might get cut off for a few days.

Thanks to bloody Bing using nearly 6 gigs of our bandwidth to bot the site for their search engine we could get taken off air until the new month.  I've banned the gits so hopefully it wont happen again but no doubt that'll mean we slip off their search engine but I'm pretty sure the world uses more google than anything else anyway.

Oh the joys of Microsoft.... seems they like to make others incur unnecessary expense almost as much as AW!

Beware the googlebot also, one of those made me hit my bandwidth limit only a few weeks ago.

Funnily enough MSNbot is the only one I've ever had problems with and only on the history site, it plays nicely on the main site.  Whether they can't handle Wikis properly I don't know but either way I've banned them so hopefully it wont happen again.
