good idea about an A4 poster to deliver. We will be putting out another news letter soon as we have a lot of events over the summer. Do you think it could go out with this or separately.

I feel either way is ok and both have benefits.  If the poster was sent with the newsletter it would save time by killing two birds with one stone.

If the poster was delivered separately it might make more of a statement for promoting the web site and drawing peoples attention to that one effort.

the newsletter should be going out late next week or early the following week. you could speak to fenlander as she designs the newsletter.

The newsletter is looking very very full at the moment because we have so much going on in the village this summer!  I like the idea of sending out the information about the website separately as it will make more of an impact but the volunteers who deliver the newsletters might prefer everything to go out together so they only have to make one trip!
